Phthalocyanine Blue Pigment Blue 15:3 for Flexo Printing and Sink Mark

This Pigment Blue 15:3 proves to be a catastrophic failure for both flexographic printing and water tank marking applications. In flexo ink systems, the pigment exhibits severe flocculation and poor rheology, leading to rapid clogging of fine anilox cells and resulting in prints plagued by pinholes and uneven solid coverage. Even worse, when used for sink or water tank markings, its adhesion and water resistance are virtually non-existent; the markings blister, delaminate, and peel off immediately upon exposure to moisture, while also bleeding into the water, rendering the marks illegible and contaminating the contents of the tank.
